Summer Superbia begins on 02 July 2018 and continues until 27 August 2018, welcoming guests to enjoy an edible tour of authentic Mexico. Michelin starred chefs will create dishes rooted in Mexican flavour to showcase succulent, traditional and flavoursome dishes.

Guadaloupe based Chef Paco Ruano (02-09 July 2018) is recognised for his impeccable local street food paying attention to unique flavours from the region of Mexico.
Chef Angel Vazquez (09-16 July 2018) has taken flavours from different parts of world including Morocco, Thailand Greece and Mexico among others to engage in a new culinary concept.
From 16-23 July 2018, Chef Darren Walsh will bring forward his gastronomy experience from Ireland and pull on other gastronomy influences from New York, France and the UK.
Chef Kiki Moya (23-29 July 2018) has three Michelin stars and brings his unique take on Spanish flavours to the Summer Superb party.
Considered to be the genius child of Spanish gastronomy, Chef Javier will wow guests with his mouthwatering creations (30 July-06 August 2018.)
Chef Gerardo Vazquez Lugo (06-13 August 2018) introduces guests to his take on modern day Mexican fayre.
Winner of the Best Cookbook in the World 2016, Chef Diego Gallegos will take residence from 13-20 August 2018.
Chef Abel Hernandez (20-27 August 2018) holds accolades for ‘Restaurant of the Year Food and Travels 2014’ and will excite guests with his specialty offerings in French-Mediterranean cuisine.
